 What makes me grateful?

I'm thankful for everything around me. Last weekend, my sister and I went for a walk, then we started jogging when we reached a certain street. When we got to a nearby park, I continued jogging while my sister enjoyed a stroll. I did six laps around the park and felt really happy. Afterwards, we decided to try out a TikTok trend together. I'm grateful for my sister for joining me this time. Usually, I jog alone on weekends, so having her with me made me really happy. I'm also thankful for the park nearby where I can jog. I've decided to jog every weekend to take care of my health, especially since I sit at home all week for work. Promising myself to jog at least twice a week helps me get some sunshine and stay healthy. I'm just thankful for everything God has created, especially nature. Plus, I'm enjoying my weekend with these simple ways without spending.

A-N-A

Who is Ana? Before, I didn't feel beautiful. But over time, I came to realize that I am beautiful indeed. I learned to love myself in the long run. I believe my true beauty shines brightest when I allow my smile to light up my face. It's a simple gesture, yet it carries a profound sense of joy and authenticity. That's why, whenever I find myself in front of my camera, I can't help but beam from ear to ear, letting my happiness radiate with every movement. It's during these moments, with my teeth gleaming and my heart full, that I feel the most beautiful—confident, alive, and completely myself. Conversely, when I withhold my smile, it's as if I'm hiding a part of who I am, and I can't help but feel a pang of self-doubt creeping in. So, you'll never catch me dancing without a big, genuine smile plastered across my face. Not even back when I didn't have dental braces—because true beauty, I've come to realize, lies not in perfection, but in embracing and celebrating the unique qualities that make us who we are.
